POSITIVE DISCRIMINATION

POSITIVE DISCRIMINATION

The actual democratic election system does not really put forward the best candidate. Those who wants to govern are very likely to insist to be re-elected several times .Therefore he or she has to favour their  electorate. Nayanyahu, Erdogan , Putin , Esad , Merkel and many other keep being re-elected.

Abusing govermental power, they obtain  a fortune while some of their supporters keep getting adventagous official auctions not necessarily by being  quite competent or the best candidate or offering the best bid.

Today we are complaining about the inequality to access to the best education or medical care or a good job or good morgage credits to buy a house .

Obviously not all the population is affected at the same level. Hence starting from the bottom line up to mediocre level people must have the greatest influence on elections because they are trapped and because they are inside of the infinite loop. They get tiny aid from the existing government and they feel that for the continuity they have to re-elect them. They do not much question why they are poor, why they dont have a good job, why they dont have access to a good healthcare , why they children donot go to a good schools, why they dont own a good house...

Being poor and uneducated must not be a fate nowhere to anobody in the world in thiw century.

Statistics are deluding the public. When you read that the GDP of one country is above 30-40 thousand   dollars you imagine a marvellous wealthy atmosphere everywhere.

Nassim Taleb has explained very well this misperception   . Collect 1000 citizen from the street and calculate their annual revenue you may come across of something around 10-20 thousand dollar. Than add Bill Gates income to the calculation the average income multiply by long odds.

In USA you can only be elected twice, which is at least a solution to get rid of this endless loop.

The starting point must be always the bottom layer. Statistics must watch at what extent the bottom layer has improved during years. GDP increase may not mean amelioration of the targetted populace.
